For your consideration is this lovely Brown Betty Style Teapot made by Royal Canadian Art Pottery Company of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Advertisements found on Newspapers online document repository show this particular line as being available from 1951 until 1958. This deep brown teapot features a dripless spout, built-in spout, and Rockingham glaze. It is constructed from red clay. The piece is adorned with hand painted yellow tulips with green stems and red accents, and gold lines at the top and base. The lid is hand painted as well and features a handle finial. The bottom is impressed and reads "Royal Canadian Pottery / Hamilton Canada / Royal / Dripless". There was a bit of white paint specks on the piece. Most I have been successful in removing, but a little remains on one of the yellow tulips. There is a little finish loss to the motif, but could easily be touched up if desired as the hand painted features are cold-painted over the glaze. There is a tiny fleabite on the teapots
