Vintage Mattel doll rain boots associated with the 1968 Francie doll fashion set "Clear Out!" or fashion paks "Foot-Notes" and "Toe Twinkles." These boots are a translucent orange yellow color with red trim on the sole and top edge. The boots are marked "Japan" underneath and were part of the Mod era of Barbie and her friends' clothing and accessories. Similar boots were also available for Skipper and other related dolls.
