Great cast iron industrial pulley. Medium 9" pulley wheel turns freely, no chips or cracks. It is unmarked the manufacturer is unknown.
The pulley wheel does have some rust
The support base is a rust finish with some gold paint remaining around the edges.
Would look nice holding a light fixture or anything else you'd want to hang with rope or wire to display from a loft.
Overall, it is in good solid working condition.
