This is a Character Options remote-controlled K-9 toy from the TV series Doctor Who. It features full steering control and 360-degree rotational movement. The toy has a removable side access panel and can play six different phrases. As K-9 moves, its ears turn from side to side and its eye panel lights up. The laser gun barrel on its head extends and retracts via a button on the remote control, which also triggers a firing sound.
