Department 56, Original Dickens Village Cottage, 1985. Vintage piece of hand painted porcelain. The cottage is in excellent used condition. Includes the original box and working light. Box with water marks. Very clean condition. Read the printed tag from my photos.
This was part of the first issue of 8 Dickens houses beginning in 1984. They are designed to depict the era of. Dickens and the village his works describe. Lovely piece when lit. Great for a collector or novice with an interest. I have 4 other of these original pieces listed and can sell individually or swap pieces.
