This T-shirt was produced by CAVE in 2006 as a commemorative item for the creation of Mushihimesama Futari, and was only sold online once in a small quantity. There have been no re-releases. There are two designs, A and B, and this is the B design.
I recall hearing at the time that only 100 of these were made, so I think very few people own one. Extremely rare.
