- 1.【High viscosity mixed adhesive】: This hot melt edgebander glue has a viscosity range of 40000-50000/mpa.s, and it uses 10% imported yellow strong adhesive and 90% white universal adhesive, which not only increases the overall viscosity and enhances the adhesion firmness, but also stabilizes the adhesive output of the edge banding machine.
- 2.【Recommended operating conditions】: This product acts as the medium temperature adhesive , the operating temperature does not need to be set too high. Roller temperature: 180℃-210℃; Feeding speed: ≥ 20m/min; Rubber tank temperature: 170℃-190℃; Base material moisture content: 8-10%; Pressure value: 3-5 kg/cm²; Substrate temperature: ≥ 15℃.
- 3.【Important parameters】: Viscosity: Strong viscosity 40000-50000mpa. s/180℃; Softening point: 83℃± 5℃; Operating temperature: glue tank 140-150℃; Rubber roller 150-180℃. Please do not adjust the temperature above 180 ℃.
- 4.【Attention】: The opening and curing time may vary with the adhesive temperature, ambient temperature, coating amount, bonding time, and bonding pressure. Due to the low softening point of medium temperature adhesive, clumping and adhesion may occur after prolonged storage or stacking, which is a normal phenomenon. After being knocked apart, it can be used normally.
